These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jiliza ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the User," or "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the jiliza online casino platform available at jiliza.app.
By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the jiliza platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Age Restriction: jiliza strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately terminated, all funds will be returned to the payment source where possible, and the matter may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.
Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the jiliza platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.
You are solely responsible for:

jiliza reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
All financial transactions on the jiliza platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiliza supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at jiliza's discretion.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your jiliza account upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing systems. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. jiliza does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

- Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jiliza platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

Without limiting the foregoing, jiliza shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account where jiliza has not been negligent in its security obligations.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond jiliza's reasonable control.

jiliza's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliza account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jiliza from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
